KEY WEST!!

my life has changed.

and in more ways than the new sparkly thing in my nose. i've been struggling to know whether i should share, or how to share the news. i've decided to start with documenting my road trip (in the next post) to key west to drop my best friend amanda off at her new home. yes, she's an island liver now. on the last day of our trip we decided to get matching nose rings.

maybe thru getting started with posting again, my story will naturally, organically, come out. i hope. i wish i could find it within me to share my heart as eloquently as the beautifully talented and inspiring.. maggie may. i wish i could cuddle up on her couch.. tell her the whole story & let her write it out in my behalf. but, i live several states away. i don't personally know her. & her kids would probably think that was pretty weird. ;) anyway. i miss sharing. myself. with you. i'm back. brace yourself.

i don't eat meat.  but, the rest of my family does.  so i make batches of meatloaf > mini.  i put them on a sheet pan & in the freezer for a bit, then into individual freezer bags.

for 1 hour
